The marketing dashboard shows an overview of your member acquisition channels and a list of recent successful referrals. (The channel used to acquire a member is recorded during member sign-up, at the bottom of the sign-up form.)
At the top, you have two graphs of member acquisition:
Below that, you have a table breakdown of the acquisition channels, each linking to the member list so you can see which members arrived via each channel.
At the bottom, the 5 most recent referrals are listed, showing the referring member and the member they referred, as well as the date.
